Ménière’s disease is a chronic inner-ear disorder causing vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus, and ear fullness due to fluid buildup. Its unpredictable attacks can significantly impact daily life, often leading to anxiety, depression, and heightened stress in those affected.

I am a qualified UKCP-registered counselling therapist working in London. Diagnosed with Ménière’s in 2017, I have first-hand experience of the condition and the many challenges it can bring. I meet my clients with empathy and provide a grounded, supportive space to explore the emotional and practical realities of living with Ménière’s.
I also have vast experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and neurodivergent clients—including those with autism and ADHD—which allows me to offer sensitive, informed, and individually tailored support that honours each person’s unique needs and lived experience.

I offer counselling rooted in compassion, understanding, and attentive care, supporting each person and group navigating the emotional or psychological challenges of a Ménière’s diagnosis. I strive to meet individuals where they are, honoring their unique experiences and needs while helping them find steadiness and strength amid ongoing challenges.

I believe in taking a client-centred approach to counselling, where I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develop a personalised plan for treatment.
